PAYMENTS

All payments must be made in full through an invoice or directly on my website. I accept all major debit and credit cards. At this time, I don’t offer deposits, partial payments, or payment plans.

 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All payments are non-refundable. If Stee Studios ever needs to cancel your project, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on how much work has been completed. If you choose to cancel, a refund will only be provided if no work has started yet. Stee Studios also reserves the right to end a project if a client is consistently disrespectful or difficult to work with. Refunds are not guaranteed in these situations.

 

TURNAROUND TIMES

Most projects are completed within 7–10 days.

Branding and website projects usually take 2–4 weeks.

Your timeline officially begins once I’ve received all required information, contracts, and content — not at the time of booking or payment.

If the needed content isn’t submitted on time, your project may be delayed.

Rush service may be available for $100 with delivery in 3 days, but this does not apply to branding or website design.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

All communication takes place through email only, and I do my best to respond within 24 hours. All required content must be submitted within 7 days of booking. If not, there may be a $50 fee, or your project may be canceled.

If communication stops for 10–14 days, a $50 restart fee will apply to continue the project.

If there is no response for 20 days or more, the project will be closed with no refund, and future service may be restricted.

 

FILES & OWNERSHIP

Final designs are delivered in JPG and PNG format. A PDF can be provided upon request. Editable files (such as AI or PSD) are not included unless purchased separately.

Final files are delivered through Google Drive.

Stee Studios may use completed designs for portfolio and promotional use unless a paid NDA is in place.

 

REVISIONS

Each project includes 3 free revisions, covering small changes like wording, colors, or fonts. After that, additional revisions are $20 each.

Once final files are sent, any new edits will require a $50 redesign fee.

 

DESIGN DIRECTION & INSPIRATION

To make sure you love your results, Stee Studios does not create freestyle designs.

Please provide inspiration, examples, references, a mood board, or a clear idea of what you’re looking for so I have direction to work from. 

If no inspiration or direction is provided, your project may be delayed or paused until it is.

 

EMERGENCIES & HEALTH

If I ever experience an emergency or health issue, your project may be paused or rescheduled. You’ll always be updated with a new expected timeline.

If you experience an emergency, please email me as soon as possible so we can make adjustments and avoid fees when possible.
