As a budget-friendly option, I also offer custom AI photos or stock photos as an add-on.

All payments for services must be made in full, either through an official invoice or directly on my website. I accept all major debit and credit cards for your convenience. Please note that I’m not able to accept partial payments or deposits at this time.

Because of the nature of creative work, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment is made. If you decide to cancel, no refund will be issued. However, if I need to cancel, a full or partial refund may be provided, depending on the amount of work completed.

The standard turnaround time for most services is 7–10 days. For website design and branding packages, the turnaround time is typically 2 to 4 weeks. This timeline starts once all required contracts, documents, and content are submitted to me, not from the booking or payment date.

Final designs are delivered in .JPG or .PNG formats, with .PDF available upon request. Editable files (like .AI or .PSD) aren’t included unless purchased separately. Finished projects are sent via Google Drive.

Clients get up to 3 free revisions per service. After that, additional revisions are $20 each. Once final files are sent, any new edits will require a $50 redesign fee.
