Do I need professional photos to work with you?

No, you don’t! But I highly recommend them to ensure your final results look their absolute best.

For websites, though, professional photos are required to keep things polished and cohesive. As a budget-friendly option, I also offer custom AI photos or stock photos as an add-on.

How do I pay for services?

All payments for services must be made in full, either through an official invoice or directly on my website. I accept all major debit and credit cards for your convenience. Please note that I’m not able to accept partial payments or deposits at this time.

Are refunds available?

Because of the nature of creative work, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment is made. If you decide to cancel, no refund will be issued. However, if I need to cancel, a full or partial refund may be given depending on how much work has been completed.

The standard turnaround time for most services is 3–10 days. For website design and branding packages, it’s usually 2–4 weeks. This timeline starts once all required info and content are submitted to steestudios@gmail.com (), not from the booking or payment date.

What file type do I receive?

Final designs are delivered in .JPG and .PNG formats, with .PDF available upon request. Editable files (like .AI or .PSD) aren’t included unless purchased separately. Finished projects are sent via Google Drive.

How many revisions are offered?

Accepted Answer

Clients get up to 3 free revisions per service. After that, additional revisions are $10 each. Once a project is approved and final files are delivered, any further edits will require a $30 redesign fee.
